3.1 Bet Acceptance

Every bet placed on CTAX is considered final once the system displays a "Bet Confirmed" message. If no confirmation is received due to a network issue or any other reason, the bet will be treated as not accepted.

3.2 Odds Changes

Odds in live matches change in real time. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement; however, minor discrepancies may occur due to system latency.

3.3 Cancelled Matches

If a match is postponed or cancelled, CTAX will generally refund the stake. A decision will be communicated within 36 hours of the official result announcement.

7Account Suspension & Closure
